1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. CloudAli accepts returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided to process the return.
If these conditions are met, we will be happy to assist you in returning your product. If an item is returned in a used or worn condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and not issue a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Prepare the Item for Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is unused and undamaged. Please include the RA number, proof of purchase (receipt or order number), and any accessories or tags that came with the product.
Ship the Return: Return the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. CloudAli is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. To ensure your return is properly processed, keep the tracking information and receipt of the return shipment.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
- The refunded amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Any promotions or discounts applied to your order will also be taken into consideration.
Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
CloudAli does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
To ensure the item you want is available, we recommend that you initiate a return for the original product and immediately place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
Please follow these steps to return damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

- Return Authorization: Once the issue is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund based on your preference.
CloudAli will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can choose to use any reliable carrier for the return. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable or fragile items as CloudAli is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If your return is due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label to cover the shipping costs.
8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift from CloudAli and would like to return it, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible products. To return a gift, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization and follow the return instructions. Store credit will be issued to the person who placed the order.
9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process to initiate a return.
