We do not process orders on weekends or holidays, so please account for those delays in your expected delivery time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the size and weight of the items, and the chosen shipping method. The available shipping methods are:

  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery the next business day for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time. This is the fastest shipping option available for urgent orders.

  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries around the world. Delivery times for international orders generally take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note that CloudAli is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather-related issues, or customs processing for international orders. We will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but external factors may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. CloudAli offers free standard shipping for U.S. domestic orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated during checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination country and the size of the package. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

If the return is due to an error on CloudAli’s part (e.g., the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

For international shipments, CloudAli does not charge customs duties or import taxes at checkout. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs office in the destination country.
