For international customers, the price of your order will still be in USD, but your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates based on their current rates at the time of the transaction. Any foreign transaction fees or exchange rate differences are not the responsibility of CloudAli and are subject to the policies of your payment provider.

5. Sales Tax

CloudAli is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to specific states in the United States, in accordance with state and local tax laws. The applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For international customers, CloudAli does not charge sales tax, but you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs office. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 7. Currency Conversion for International Orders

For international orders, you will be billed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your bank or credit card provider processes payments in a different currency, your payment will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. CloudAli is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

8. Payment Errors and Disputes

9. Payment for Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

For pre-order items or products on backorder, CloudAli may charge your payment method at the time of order placement, even though the item may not ship immediately. Pre-order and backorder items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You will be notified of estimated shipping times and availability.

If any changes occur, such as a delay in stock availability or a product becoming unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative solutions.

10. Refunds and Payment Adjustments

In the event of a refund, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items and verify that the return conditions have been met.

11. Gift Cards

CloudAli offers digital gift cards that can be used for any purchase on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. The value of the gift card can be used in full or in part during checkout. If the total order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
