CloudAli reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances where the product is out of stock, the payment is not processed, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that CloudAli is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping method, product size/weight, and the destination of your order. For U.S. orders, CloudAli offers free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated during checkout.
6. Returns and Exchanges
At CloudAli, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that CloudAli does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
